The Receptionist manages front desk operations and provides administrative support within a physician practice or center. You will ensure welcoming experience for all patients and visitors and support the medical team with routine administrative tasks. You will report to the Center Administrator.

What You’ll Do

• You will greet patients and visitors in person and by phone
• You will manage scheduling and confirm appointments
• You will maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
• You will process billing, manage patient accounts and collect copays
• You will handle a high volume of calls, answer questions and direct inquiries with care
• You will keep the reception area clean, welcoming and well stocked
• You will support supply ordering, inventory tracking, and courier coordination

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare front office setting
• Experience handling multiple phone lines and high call volume
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

• Experience in a value-based care environment
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Experience with EMR Systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00

Location: Onsite at CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at 3265 East Tropicana Ave, Suite B, Las Vegas, NV 89121
 

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$38,000 - $45,800 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
