Job Summary

The Medical Content Operation is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of high-quality medical content, including scientific articles and medical slide decks, across multiple therapeutic areas. The role works closely with Medical Content Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content is scientifically accurate, compliant, and delivered on time to support business needs.


Responsibilities

Content Development & Production:Support the creation, adaptation, and optimization of medical content, including scientific articles, medical slide decks, and other medical communication materials. Conduct literature searches, information gathering, reference management, and content preparation to support content development activities.

Quality & Compliance:Ensure all deliverables meet scientific accuracy, medical writing standards, and internal compliance requirements. Perform quality checks and revision support throughout content development and review processes.

Project Coordination:Work closely with Medical Content Managers to coordinate content projects, manage timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate effectively with medical reviewers, business stakeholders, and production team members throughout the content lifecycle.

Knowledge Management:Maintain content templates, reference libraries, and supporting documentation to improve production efficiency and consistency. Support continuous optimization of content development processes and best practices.

Business Support:Contribute to reporting, workload tracking, and operational analysis to support team planning and resource allocation. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction within medical content delivery activities.


Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related healthcare disciplines.

1-3 years of experience in medical writing, medical content development, scientific communications, healthcare content production, or related fields.

Experience supporting development of scientific articles, medical slide presentations, or educational materials preferred.

Basic understanding of evidence-based medicine and medical literature evaluation.

Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical communication agency, or related industries is preferred.


Technical Skills Requirements

Strong scientific learning capability and attention to detail.

Good medical literature search and information analysis skills.

Strong written communication and content development skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; good English reading and writing ability.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Familiarity with AI-enabled content development tools and digital solutions is a plus.
