We are looking for a Research Fellow to conduct research in the area of analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design. The role will focus on the development of analog in-memory computing macros for AI accelerators. Experience in tape-outs and industry will be highly appreciated for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading analog in-memory-computing macro design

  • Leading analog-to-digital converter development

  • Leading test chip development

  • Leading test chip testing

Job Requirements:

  • PhD qualification degree in integrated circuit design or related field

  • At least 2~3 years of relevant experiences in industry / technical hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design

  • Familiarity with research environment

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and tape-out flows

  • Competent in presentation skills
