ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR REMOTE POSITIONS:

For remote positions, all candidates must complete a video screen with our corporate recruiting team.POSITION SUMMARY:

Work closely with the Security team to design, migrate, and deliver Identity projects for customers in Japan. The role focuses particularly on modernization engagements from on-premises Active Directory to Microsoft Entra, including VBD, migration support, troubleshooting, and partner-led delivery.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Design and deliver Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID solutions for customers in Japan.
• Lead AD/Entra migration and Hybrid Identity projects, including Entra Connect, Entra Join, and Conditional Access.
• Conduct discovery, assessment, solution design, migration planning, and technical reviews.
• Deliver customer workshops, gather requirements, and provide technical recommendations.
• Troubleshoot complex Identity, authentication, and synchronization issues.
• Work with Security teams, CSS, partners, and customers to deliver projects successfully.
• Manage multiple engagements independently while maintaining strong technical documentation and customer communication.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Identity Core

• 3+ years of experience designing, operating, and supporting Active Directory
• 3+ years of experience designing, operating, and supporting Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience serving as the primary owner for Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience designing, implementing, and operating Hybrid Identity
• Microsoft Entra Connect Sync
• Entra Hybrid Join
• Microsoft Entra Join
• Microsoft Entra Conditional Access
• MFA

Passwordless Authentication

• Authentication & Identity Protocols
• Knowledge and experience in several of the following, at a level sufficient to explain them to customers:
• SAML
• OAuth 2.0
• OpenID Connect
• Kerberos
• SCIM

Identity Modernization

• Experience in at least one of the following types of engagements:
• AD consolidation
• AD migration
• Entra migration
• Hybrid Identity design
• Building an Azure authentication platform
• Experience serving as the primary owner and successfully completing the design, implementation, or migration phase of an AD or Entra migration engagemen                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Customer Facing Experience
