At Lam, Occupational Health Program Manager is to ensure the physical and mental well-being of employees within the workplace, focusing on preventing work-related injuries and illnesses and promoting employees’ overall wellness.as an EH&S Engineer (OH Program Manager), Ensuring compliance with regulations, you'll perform occupational health and safety inspections, conduct OH trainings, and oversee occupational health and first aid services and processes. Your expertise spans to life safety, workplace ergonomics, and monitoring industrial health compliance. Acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies you'll not only stay current but also reinforce Lam's commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

## What you’ll do

• Establishing and maintenance of occupational health program as per local legal requirement and global occupational health requirement
• Manage in-house clinic and first aid facilities in the company, and liaising with service provider to meet with Lam occupational health requirement, not limited to service agreement review for ensuing the medical staffing providing services to Lam employees are competent, adequate and effective
• Developing and implementing occupational health and medical surveillance procedure, reproductive health management in accordance with government regulations, RBA and Global EHS requirement
• Carrying out occupational health risk assessments and identifying potential occupational health hazards in the workplace
• Coordinating and managing health surveillance and occupational health screening programs
• Manage return to work program for employees, colloboration with Human Resources Business Partner and supervisors
• Liaising with local health department to prevent communicable diseases
• Providing health and wellness education and training to employees
• Maintaining records of incidents and illnesses, with occupational health and safety related reports
• Advising management on the impact of work practices and environmental factors on the health of employees
• Coordinating employee support services such as return-to-work programs, occupational task analysis, and health promotion activities
• Collaborate with EHS personnel for industrial hygiene information and work related risk report
• Managing the budget for occupational health services and evaluating the effectiveness of the occupational health programs

## Who we’re looking for

• Diploma or bachelor degree in Nursing, registered with board of Nursing Malaysia or Bachelor in Occupational Health & Safety Management or Bachelor in Medical Science.
• 5 to 8 years of related experience in managing in-house clinic in large manufacturing sector

## Preferred qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong skills in MS power point, MS excel and MS words
• Well verse with Occupational Health Application System and local health act and regulations.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
