Description
The Senior Omni Planner – SOREL position is responsible for style-level forecasts for specific categories from pre-season estimates to in-season monthly demand forecasts using historical data, statistical projections, and market feedback. Monitors and maintains forecasts throughout the season. Effectively communicates forecast confidence, opportunities, and risks. Leads process improvement, ad hoc projects, and reporting.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Build seasonal and monthly demand forecasts at the style and style-color level that align with category revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Develop accurate forecasts by incorporating market trends, customer demand, advertising plans, sell-through performance, cancellation trends, and account-level opportunities.
- Reconcile style-level forecasts against financial targets and recommend adjustments to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Partner with Sales, eCommerce, and Merchandising teams to create consensus seasonal forecasts that support line development and product planning decisions.
- Support line planning, SKU optimization, and long-range material planning through detailed full-price sales forecasting.
- Identify and communicate forecast risks, opportunities, and confidence levels to enable informed decision-making across the business.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, tools, and models through data analysis and operational insights.
- Serve as a subject matter resource and mentor by sharing forecasting best practices and supporting team development.

YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree, relevant certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in forecasting, demand planning, supply chain planning, or a related field.
- Strong forecasting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with a track record of delivering accurate business insights.
- Experience across key supply chain functions, including sales forecasting, material planning, production planning, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
- Experience using demand planning and supply planning systems to support business operations.
- SAP and Blue Yonder experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and complex data analysis.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, including queries, table joins, and report creation.
- The ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
