Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. You will be responsible for implementing processes that enable smooth migration and deployment of data across various systems, collaborating with different teams to support data-driven initiatives and business objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to managing data workflows and optimizing data infrastructure to meet evolving organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize data workflows and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align data engineering efforts with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of data storage solutions, including relational and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data orchestration tools.
- Ability to ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout data processing stages.
- Experience with scripting and programming languages commonly used in data engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
