Join our team as a Salesforce Administrator and play a pivotal role in enhancing our Salesforce platform to support our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. This opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and support to drive operational efficiency and innovation.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide Salesforce admin support, including user administration and password resets.
Manage incident triage and technical support for Salesforce production issues.
Coordinate tasks and change tickets for external app upgrades.
Oversee system maintenance and seasonal releases, including sandbox management and certificate renewals.
Performing System Maintenance and Seasonal Release (Refresh, Sandbox Creation/Deletion, Site Switch, Certificate Renewal, and Salesforce Integrations)
Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)
Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
Amenable to work in night shift
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Platform and Application Administrator.
Strong configuration skills, including flows, automation, reports, and dashboards
Experience in Salesforce platform maintenance and organization health checks
Ability to read Apex code; writing Apex code is an advantage
Experience in development, automation, or systems integration is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing large-scale Salesforce implementation projects
Proficiency in Salesforce deployment and sandbox management
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work with key business stakeholders
Issue and ticket management experience
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and external application upgrades
