Join our Private Lease Team

At Ayvens Danmark, you will become part of our Private Lease team within Indirect and Direct Retail. Here, you will work closely with customers, dealers, and colleagues across the business to support the customer journey from contract creation to vehicle delivery and return.

You will join a collaborative and informal work environment where teamwork, quality, and customer satisfaction are key priorities. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable business experience while studying and learn how a market-leading mobility company operates.

As our new Student Assistant, you will...

• Support customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
• Assist with the administration of private lease contracts and insurance agreements.
• Collect and maintain customer documentation.
• Ensure accurate registration of customer and contract information.
• Follow up on contracts approaching expiration and support the vehicle return process.
• Assist the team with daily operational and administrative tasks.

We imagine that you...

• Are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Enjoy administrative tasks and working with customers.
• Take initiative and responsibility for your work.
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience from customer service is an advantage but not a requirement.

We offer a 6-month student position of approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
