Retail Associate - Austin Locations
Howler Brothers is seeking to hire several Retail Associates to join a growing team at at our Austin Locations on South Congress and Clarksville neighborhood. The best candidate for this role is a personable, passionate professional who is excited to engage with customers and help tell the Howler Brothers story. Howler Brothers Retail Associates will be ambassadors of our brand and will be expected to fulfill the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Be an expert on Howler Brothers apparel and brand identity
- Create an impeccable customer experience in the shop through every interaction with customers
- Master the Point of Sale and other software as needed to complete in store sales
- Be a team player who is willing to help in any way needed to provide an excellent customer experience
- Maintain a neat, clean environment that accurately reflects the brand
- Assist with special events at the shop
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional problem solving and decision making capability
- High School diploma required
- Previous retail experience preferred
