Description
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to 6S standards and participating in safety observations and training Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) and other automated warehouse equipment efficiently and safely Support warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and raw material handling Troubleshoot and resolve warehousing issues to maintain peak performance Execute standard work for Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) on equipment Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities Collaborate with maintenance and cross-functional teams on process improvements Ability to work in a fast-paced, automated production environment Strong understanding of warehouse systems and execution processes Mathematical aptitude and analytical skills Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SAP (preferred) Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs frequently without assistance Comfortable standing and working on the distribution center floor for extended periods
