Support a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing, teamwork, participation in team initiatives, and contributions to continuous improvement efforts.

Strong visual design skills, including knowledge of layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and user experience principles.
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite to develop eLearning, multimedia, and performance support materials.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and business stakeholders across locations, functions, and levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain quality standards, and deliver accurate, user-friendly learning materials.
Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM standards, AI-enabled tools, and Microsoft 365 applications, with a commitment to continuous learning and technology adoption.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience creating animated learning content using Vyond or similar tools.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Experience working in highly regulated or financial services environments.
