Location: Mansfield, TX
Shift: 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role
ODRA is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our facility. This hands-on position is well suited for someone who values organization, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You won't just be moving parts, you'll play a critical role in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, ensuring materials and components are handled with precision so production and delivery stay on track.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders (order picking / order fulfillment)
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Organize, identify, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment ensuring accuracy
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet operational needs and priorities
What You Bring
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or distribution experience
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and warehouse processes
- Experience operating forklift and/or order picker (required)
- Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standards
- Familiarity with inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders and inventory control
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Valid Texas driver's license (or equivalent)
- Ability to operate a full-size pickup truck and trailer
