Your role and tasks

Are you motivated by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring that service agreements deliver value for both customers and ABB? We are looking for a Service Contract Manager to join our Electrification Service team in Denmark.

In this role, you will take ownership of service agreements and Power Care contracts, ensuring that commitments are fulfilled, customer expectations are met, and opportunities for further value creation are identified. You will work closely with customers, service engineers, sales colleagues, and operational teams to support reliable service delivery and contribute to the continued growth of ABB’s service business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating service agreements throughout their lifecycle.
• Conducting regular customer reviews and following up on contract performance and KPIs.
• Working with customers to identify operational improvements and additional service opportunities.
• Supporting contract renewals by preparing performance reviews and recommendations for future solutions.
• Contributing to tenders and service proposals by ensuring alignment between customer requirements and delivery capabilities.
• Identifying contractual risks and ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Coordinating stakeholders involved in contract execution and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Supporting ABB’s continued development of service agreements and Power Care offerings in the Danish market.

 

Qualifications for the role

• Experience working with service agreements, contract management, customer service, project management, or a related business area.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with customers and collaborate across multiple functions.
• Experience following up on performance metrics, service delivery, or contractual commitments.
• Understanding of technical service environments, industrial solutions, electrical infrastructure, or related industries.
• Ability to identify business opportunities while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Effective communication skills in both Danish and English.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while managing several stakeholders and activities simultaneously.
