Schedule: Full-time. Hybrid: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in-office.

The HR Coordinator/Project Specialist works with a variety of people across the organization to support onboarding, offboarding, checking in with new hires during stay interviews, and handling other administrative HR tasks. This role will handle the implementation and organization of projects in the HR department and ensure their completion before deadlines. In addition, this role will create, manage, and finalize the annual Performance Review for the entire company.


What You’ll Do…

  • Lead the management and administration for all HR projects including tracking, status, issues that arise, etc.
  • Support all areas of the organization with accurate reporting, including but not limited to the ORG chart, birthdays, anniversaries, certifications, and eligibility.
  • Create and run the Performance Review (PR) process by gathering and updating job descriptions, creating templates and statements, opening the PR system as required, and following up with employees to make sure the PR is completed within the given timeframe.
  • Perform stay interviews by checking in with new hires every 30/90/180 days to gather data on how to improve processes and check in on their progress.
  • Own the HR Movement calendar and update position changes based on onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers. Manage access for these individuals in Paylocity.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed…

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment required.
  • 2+ years of Real Estate/Property Management experience preferred.
  • HRIS Certificate preferred.
  • Knowledge of multi-state employment law.
  • Unquestionable integrity, ethics, and empathy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Solution-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HRIS technology.
  • Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required.
  • If minimum qualifications are met during resume screening the Wonderlic pre-employment assessment is required. The assessment will arrive in the email inbox that you provided.

  • Work Schedule and location based on supervisor requirements.
