Are you an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in technical support? Our client is looking for a French and Flemish-speaking Technical Support Team Leader to join a growing international project based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Support Advisors while driving performance and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

What will you do?
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Technical Support Advisors
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and quality targets are achieved
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Support the team with technical escalations and complex cases
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement
- Create a positive, customer-focused, and high-performing team environment
Candidate profile
- Native or fluent French and Flemish (C1/C2)
- Good command of English
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Technical Support environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
