Process Technician  II–  4th Shift (weekend shift)

Your main tasks:

• The Process Technician is considered an expert of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Responsible for adjustments, equipment set-up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training equipment operators to assure production plan is accomplished in a safe, efficient, and productive manner with a high degree of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Operate various forms of equipment and teach new employees proper operation of the equipment.
• Responsible for daily productivity in their equipment and data analysis.

• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree with 3 years of experience or High School diploma/GED and 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Must be proficient in the use of precision measurement equipment such as caliper, micrometer, and protractor.
• Proven past ability to operate automated heavy equipment at an advanced level in a high-speed manufacturing environment 
• Ability to demonstrate strong trouble shooting skills. 
• Participate in root cause analysis of equipment or parts 
• Must be able to operate a computer and a tablet (iOS and Android)
