What you'll do:
As Store Manager, you'll lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive outstanding store performance. You'll bring the Yankee Candle brand to life through engaging product storytelling, excellent customer service and a passion for creating a welcoming store environment. Combining strong commercial awareness with hands-on leadership, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, motivate your team to achieve sales targets and ensure the store consistently delivers the highest standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
Lead and inspire:
Support, coach and develop a confident, motivated and high-performing team.
Lead by example on the shop floor, especially during busy trading periods.
