WHO ARE WE?
We are Squishable! At Squishable, products and people are at the core of why we do what we do every day. We strive to create a customer experience built on sharing our love and passion for the brand while turning friends into fans.

The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They’re organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and ready to jump in wherever needed to keep the store and team running smoothly during our busiest season.

- Maintaining accurate inventory, timely replenishment, and strong merchandise presentation during high-volume periods
- Creating a fun, welcoming, and efficient experience for customers, even during the busiest shopping days
- Maintaining company policies, operational standards, and a safe and organized store environment
- Jumping in wherever needed to support the team and keep the store running smoothly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to quickly engage, motivate, and organize a seasonal team
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities during busy periods
- Hands-on team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
- Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic retail technology
- Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
Pay range for this position is $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

- Generous employee discount (hello, giant plush!)
- Opportunities to stick around after the season — some of our seasonal team members go on to join Squishable in ongoing roles!
Seasonal Duration: November 2026 through early January 2027
Availability Requirements: Seasonal team members must have flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as these are some of our busiest times of the year.
