About this opportunity:

Head – EPMP Automation – This person is responsible for driving the development & Operations of contractual Deliverables and Life Cycle Management of the EPMP Automations and Infra Platforms .

The purpose of this role is to secure delivery performance, in alignment with the Business Case and BA MS Targets. This Role is responsible for delivery of the accounts assigned to them. The role manages the virtual teams in a metrics organization to deliver on the committed SLAs and WLAs. This role plays a key role in the success of the account and is an extension to the management. This involves operation management as well as relationship management with the stakeholders. This role is responsible for initiating improvement plans should deviations be detected in collaboration with delivery stakeholders.

This group will support Ericsson’s Managed Services deliveries for the customer MS Bharti India - relating to governance of implemented MSTOP/EOE processes and delivery tools / Automations for Managed Services Delivery – Bharti. This will involve having close working relationships with Airtel Senior Management, MSCLT, SDULT & Key Stakeholders across SL Operate/EIT/ITTE.

What you will do:

• Governance of the deployed EOE Processes including regular audits, KPIs monitoring, identifying area of improvements and drive implementation of best practices across the delivery unit
• Definition and ownership Reporting strategy to achieve stretching cost saving and performance improvement targets as set by Head-Automations ,Tools ,Reporting ,OSS and IT NOC Cloud
• Lead the development, maintenance, integration and performance management of EPMP automation portfolio working together with SL Operate, Service Management & Tools team and SDAP team.
• Lead innovation and adoption of new ways of working, including opportunities to leverage agile methodologies in how we build and scale new capabilities.
• To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with Emergency support team
• Responsible for Cost Management of domain within budget
• Formulate the training requirements for the team members & ensure competence development of team
• Responsible for Ad-Hoc and other deliveries on Special events via EPMP Automation solution (like: Diwali and New Year Readiness Tracker with management).
• Responsible for Delivery and quality escalation resolution in accordance with Escalation management.
• Be responsible for performance & motivation of Team.
• Be responsible for building competency and efficiency within the department to support existing and upcoming technology requirements in relationship to project demands.
• Responsible for enabling automation/innovation/Value additions in delivery to take cost out.
• Sustaining existing business as well as participating in new business opportunities and advanced planning of technology support
• Foster a culture of innovation and continual development within their sub-unit.
• Conduct or participate in hiring process for their function.
• Ensure fulfilment of all learning & development needs of personnel
• Be responsible for the well-being of all staff in terms of their working environment and conditions of employment.

Education/ Experience

• Degree in Engineering with 15+ years of experience in Delivery Mgt. for Telecommunications.
• The Strong technical foundation, preferably with focus on Automation/Analytics Tools, Machine learning and/or Artificial Intelligence
• Previous experience from implementing technology and driving innovation (2+ years required)
