Location: Rutland & Kings Veterinary Centre in Oakham, part of Linnaeus

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 Hours per week, 4 days a week

Shifts: Shift pattern between the hours of 8:15am - 6.30pm. Includes a share of weekend rota and bank holidays

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Client Care Associate at our branch in Oakham and are seeking that special someone who enjoys helping people, to join our team. The hours are full-time and can be spread over 4 or 5 days.

The Client Care Associates play a pivotal role within our team. They are responsible for the day to day running of our busy reception area, providing a first-class service to our clients and supporting our clinical teams. This role will not only give you the opportunity to develop your customer care skills, in addition to this, we will support and develop you with CPD programs to enhance your skills and capability as we believe in career development for all our associates.

Did we mention you also get the chance to cuddle the patients too!

• Passionate about customer care, ideally with a strong customer service background
• Ability to communicate with clients either face to face, over the telephone or our online portal
• Attention to detail and able to prioritise tasks
• Empathetic, approachable, friendly with a positive attitude

Rutland Veterinary Centre is a first opinion veterinary practice with 5 branches and a hospital in the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in offering on-site emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
