Optometrist | Part-time/Fill-in - Collegeville, Pennsylvania

An independently owned optometry practice is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Optometrist to join its roster of fill-in doctors. This role is ideal for those looking to supplement their current schedule, whether as an experienced doctor or a recent graduate. We need coverage for vacations, occasional weekdays, Saturdays, and periods of increased patient demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage ocular disease
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Educate patients on eye health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Revolution EHR)
• Collaborate with an experienced optical team to provide an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Active Optometry license in Pennsylvania
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
• Positive, can-do attitude and reliability required

Schedule & Employment Type

• Part-time fill-in position with potential for full-time for the right candidate
• Flexible scheduling; candidate chooses available days (preferably Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 10am–6pm)
