Pay: up to $2,423– $3,510 gross per week; equivalent to $57.71-$83.59 per hour.

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Bone Density, and Special Procedures.
• Serves as the primary patient contact, ensuring quality care and excellent customer service.
• Participates in quality assurance, performance improvement, and departmental compliance initiatives.
• Supervises Radiology staff in the absence of leadership and assists with staff evaluations and corrective actions.
• Coordinates scheduling, staffing, supplies, and equipment for assigned imaging areas.
• Maintains efficient department operations and promotes teamwork across the organization.
• Ensures accurate processing, documentation, and transmission of images through PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. Licensure and/or fluoroscopy permit as required by State.2. Effective July 1, 2017, national certification in three modalities or if functioning in a leadership role, national certification in 2 modalities and leadership experience required.3. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.4. Current BCLS required upon hire and maintain current.5. One year of acute clinical radiography preferred. 6. Proficient computer skills.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $57.71 to $83.59. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
