Auxiliar de Produção

Executa todos os serviços relacionados à área de produção onde não esta relacionada ao preparo de máquina ou de ferramenta

• Executam serviços na área, dando suporte ao operador, preparador e às lideranças de produção, executando as seguintes tarefas:
• Confere e pesa material;
• Tamborea o poli materiais;
• Seleciona e escolhe;
• Mantem a integridade de todos os materiais;
• Inspeciona sub-lotes dos produtos, conforme plano de controle e documentos da qualidade;
• Separa e identifica material não conforme ou para análise de qualidade seguindo o procedimento;
• Fazer auditoria de processo (Escalonada, TPM);
• Organiza a área para manter o 5S do setor;
• Disponibiliza material para o estoque;
• Lava e centrifuga materiais;
• Monta subconjuntos e rebitadeiras;
• Embala cartela de produtos diretos;
• Podem operar maquina por períodos curtos (pequeno afastamento do operador de maquina);
• Preenche a documentação usada para atender todos os procedimentos da qualidade relacionados a sua função;
• Faz lubrificação de máquina.
• Atuar para garantir a confidencialidade, integridade e disponibilidade dos dados, por meio da avaliação de riscos de segurança da informação, desenvolvimento e implementação de políticas, procedimentos e medidas de segurança, monitoramento e detecção de ameaças, resposta a incidentes, promoção da conscientização e treinamento, além de manter-se atualizado com as últimas tendências em Segurança da Informação.
