Victorian Post Acute is a 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Healthcare Aide / Nursing Assistant to join our PM shift team.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene needs.
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
- Observe and promptly report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff.
- Assist nurses and other healthcare team members with routine resident care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Provide compassionate care while building positive relationships with residents and families.
Qualifications
- Previous healthcare, caregiving, or nursing assistant experience preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care and customer service.
