About the role
You'll help an architecture firm win work. Partnering with architects, technical staff, and the marketing team, you'll take complex project information and shape it into polished, persuasive submissions that are delivered on time and to spec.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the moving parts of RFP and RFQ responses from kickoff to submission, including timelines, checklists, and deliverables
- Reading procurement documents closely, pinpointing what's required, and collecting input from the right people internally
- Writing, editing, and proofreading proposal sections so the final product is accurate, consistent, and easy to read
- Laying out submissions to meet both the firm's brand standards and each client's formatting rules
- Keeping the library of proposal and marketing content current and organized
- Helping project teams prepare for shortlist interviews and presentations, including written material and visuals
- Researching prospective clients and projects to inform each pursuit
- Refreshing the firm's general marketing collateral as needed
What you bring
- A degree or diploma in communications, English, marketing, architecture, or a similar discipline
- Two to three years in proposal coordination, marketing, or administrative support; experience in architecture, engineering, or construction is a strong plus
- Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling several deadlines at once
- A reliable, team-oriented approach and real curiosity to learn
