  • Participate on cross-functional committees and teams as a representative of the department.
  • Maintain required payroll, personnel, and operational records and documentation.

Desired Competencies:

  • Leadership: You inspire, guide, and empower others to achieve their best by setting clear direction, fostering trust, and creating an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and accountable for delivering results.
  • Problem Solving: You identify issues, assess root causes, and implement practical solutions that balance speed, quality, and risk.
  • Communication: You clearly convey information, ideas, and expectations to diverse audiences, adjusting your message to ensure understanding and alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in large-scale automated distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations with budget responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience leading employees, managing performance, and supporting employee development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience identifying root causes and implementing sustainable, metrics-driven solutions.
  • Experience managing workplace safety programs and applying OSHA standards within an operational environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences across multiple organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of distribution center operations, including logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, and facilities support.
