About the Role:
- Lead and oversee all finishing works including interiors, façade interfaces, flooring, ceilings, painting, joinery, architectural finishes, and fit-out activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with project objectives.
- Review finishing drawings, material specifications, mock-ups, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with design standards, quality requirements, and approved specifications.
- Monitor project progress, resource deployment, procurement schedules, and site execution activities to achieve timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular review meetings to track milestones, resolve site challenges, and drive corrective actions to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
General Responsibilities
- Oversee finishing construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, approved materials, and project specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, contractor performance, and resource utilization to identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Coordinate material approvals, procurement activities, mock-ups, inspections, and stakeholder interfaces to support smooth project execution.
- Manage snagging, quality inspections, testing, rectification works, and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.
- Prepare project performance reports and lead finishing teams to drive efficient delivery, quality excellence, and continuous improvement.

About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in project management for large-scale, Commercial projects within a PMC, developer, or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera), and MIS/reporting systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive teams toward timely and quality project delivery.
