Role summary:
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts by identifying, engaging, and securing top candidates aligned with organizational goals. This role requires expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and utilizing strategic sourcing techniques to attract qualified professionals. The Senior Recruiter will contribute to workforce planning and support business growth by ensuring timely and effective hiring decisions. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic and impactful position within the company.

Walmart’s Data Ventures, Decision Sciences, and W+ recruiting team delivers a consultative and efficient hiring approach centered on candidate experience. Utilizing data-driven insights and agile methods, the team aligns talent acquisition with business objectives. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify skill needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies. Focused on continuous improvement, clear communication, and accountability, the team employs advanced tools and market intelligence to attract and select qualified candidates. Their work supports Walmart’s operational excellence and long-term success through effective relationship management and customer enablement.
What you'll do:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent aligned with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize data and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Partner with internal teams to support workforce planning and align hiring priorities with business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies during all recruitment activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance talent acquisition outcomes and operational efficiency.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding senior-level candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws applicable to the U.S. market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
