Description
The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in supporting Cline's marketing and business development efforts and helping position the firm as a design leader in the industry. Working closely with the marketing team and firm leadership, this role supports proposals and pursuits, marketing materials, communications, digital content, events, and other local and firm-wide initiatives.
We're looking for someone who is organized, creative, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and design skills, attention to detail, and a proactive willingness to learn and contribute are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and other pursuit materials
- Maintain project, client, contact, and opportunity information in Deltek Vantagepoint
- Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, project sheets, presentations, digital assets, and branded materials
- Maintain marketing resources, including project information, resumes, boilerplate content, consultant information, photography, and proposal assets
- Update website content, including project descriptions, imagery, team information, and news stories
- Coordinate social media content, scheduling, and publishing in support of local office and firm-wide marketing efforts
- Coordinate photography, award submissions, and other promotional opportunities.
- Support internal communications and firm-wide announcements
- Help coordinate conferences, client events, recruiting initiatives, community engagement activities, and other firm events
- Help ensure Cline's brand is represented consistently across marketing and communications materials
- Research prospective clients, markets, and opportunities to support marketing and business development efforts
- Assist with tracking and reporting for digital marketing activities
- Represent Cline at industry, recruiting, networking, and community events as appropriate
- Use new marketing technologies and AI-enabled tools where they can help improve efficiency and streamline day-to-day work
What We Look For:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience; AEC industry experience is preferred.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience creating professional documents, presentations, and marketing materials with strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with WordPress or another website content management system.
- Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint, Deltek Vision, or a similar CRM/business development platform is preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new technology and evolving marketing tools.
