Veterinarian – Leadership & Equity Opportunity – Tucson, AZ
An established veterinary hospital is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial veterinarian for a unique practice ownership opportunity in Tucson, Arizona. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who wants to take the next step toward ownership while benefiting from an established client base, experienced support team, modern facilities, and operational resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals
- Lead the hospital’s clinical direction and day-to-day medical operations
- Develop and maintain a positive, collaborative team culture
- Mentor and support veterinary and hospital staff
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and the local community
- Maintain high standards of patient care and client service
- Identify opportunities to improve hospital services, efficiency, and growth
- Participate in hiring, team development, and strategic planning
- Collaborate with operational leadership to support the hospital’s long-term success
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
- Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure in Arizona
- Clinical experience in small animal practice
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in practice ownership
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate veterinary care
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
