Regional Integration Lead (APAC / Greater China)

Overview

Own end-to-end execution of the I&S program across APAC / Greater China — translating global workstream plans into coordinated country-level delivery so legal-entity, ERP/CRM-cutover, product re-registration and TSA-exit activities land coherently in each market.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Regional execution plan: translate the global plan into a country-by-country plan sequenced to each market's close and cutover wave
• Country coordination: align workstreams (Transaction Closing, Re-registration, Brand, Commercial, Finance, Ops, Quality, HR) locally
• LE & cutover landing: ensure operating-model and ERP/CRM cutovers execute correctly per country
• Local risk & escalation: surface country risks — late closes, employment law, registration, distributor markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years’ relevant experience in integration, business transformation, change management 
• Prior consulting experience strongly preferred
• Strong cross functional collaboration, exceptional leadership, and ability to drive results necessary
