The Role

In line with the continuing growth of our business across the MENA region, we now wish to appoint a Senior Document Controller with extensive experience on Middle East projects to join our busy team in Bengaluru.

 

The position will take responsibility for the quality control and organisation of incoming and outgoing documents for projects based across MENA, and will also involve offering guidance and specialized leadership and expertise in document control to project teams and clients.

 

The ideal candidate must have an extensive experience in project documentation setup and an extensive understanding of document management software such as Oracle Aconex advanced for Bulk Processing, Unifier, ACC platform, Microsoft Share Point.

 

You will also act as a main point of contact for clients, consultants and internal management for project information, auditing and sourcing, and will ensure all information complies with our project protocol and standards.

 

The Skills

The ideal candidate will have proven practical administration and diary management experience within a fast-paced and complex organisation. You will bring excellent Microsoft Office skills—particularly in MS Word and Excel—alongside a highly organised, flexible, and proactive approach to your work.

 

You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines, using your initiative, self-motivation, and strong communication skills to deliver consistently high standards. You have experience taking instruction from multiple stakeholders, managing expectations, and take pride in delivering excellent service.

 

Experience within an international partnership or engineering consultancy is required.

 

You will also have practical experience using mainstream Electronic Document Management Systems (EDM) and AutoCAD/Revit /ACC within an engineering consultancy environment. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you approach tasks with thoroughness, organisation, and collaboration—key qualities for a highly effective Document Controller.
