Description
Purpose of the Role
- Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of electrical systems used in crushing plants and heavy industrial machinery.
- Maintain and optimize the performance of stone crushing machines to minimize downtime and Maximize Productivity
- To create a vision for the PROMAN in the organization in line with set goals
- To motivate and develop a high-performance team
Electrical Skills
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, including motors, control panels, wiring, and sensors.
- Strong Knowledge on Motor Control systems,VFD;s,MCC panels & PCC Panels, HT/LT Power distribution, electrical drawings and schematics, Sensors, Relays & Instrumentation.
- Crusher plant & equipment (Cone,Jaw,VSI,Screen & Washing machine)wiring, Control system & Electrical Circuits
- Knowledge on Automation is added advantage
Mechanical Skills
- Understanding the different types of crusher machines (Jaw, Cone, VSI, Screen etc.) and their application, Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical components such as crushers, conveyors, Screens etc.
- Familiar with assembly and disassembly of crushing equipment.
Preferred Experience:
- Age: 28 -35 years
- Total of 5-10 years’ experience in a Crusher Industry
- Working in a service Industry, multinational engineering (experience of the Crusher industry is an advantage)
- Customer Service experience is mandatory
- Must be willing to travel 20-25 days per month
