About the Role

As an SEO Specialist at EhsanLab, you will be responsible for improving our organic search performance across our website and digital content.

You will work across technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content optimization, analytics, and modern search strategies, including optimization for AI-powered search and answer engines.

This is a part-time, remote position suited for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong attention to content quality and search intent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and identify relevant opportunities across our target markets and services.
• Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies for website pages, service pages, blogs, and landing pages.
• Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting crawling, indexing, site structure, and search performance.
• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and structured content.
• Analyze organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and user behavior using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Monitor search performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Optimize existing content based on search intent, relevance, content quality, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop SEO-focused content strategies.
• Support international SEO initiatives targeting audiences across different regions and markets.
• Apply modern GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to improve content visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Monitor competitors and industry search trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Prepare clear SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with major search engine developments, algorithm changes, and emerging AI-search trends.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO or a closely related digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, and search intent.
• Practical experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4.
• Experience performing SEO audits and identifying technical and content-related issues.
• Strong understanding of website structure, internal linking, indexing, crawling, and basic HTML.
• Experience optimizing website and blog content for search engines.
• Ability to contribute to hands-on security or GRC activities when required.
• Ability to analyze SEO data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Strong written English and ability to create or optimize clear, search-focused content.
• Good understanding of current SEO trends and search engine algorithms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GEO / Generative Engine Optimization or AI-powered search.
• Experience with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Experience with WordPress and common SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
• Experience with international or multilingual SEO.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, cybersecurity, or software services.
• Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience working with content management systems and digital marketing teams.
