Job Overview
Support the Technical Manager in coordinating all technical aspects of the project, ensuring design submissions, technical documentation, and site queries are properly managed for smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, including work method statements, technical queries, drawings, design calculations, and other project-related correspondences.
- Coordinate with the Site Team to identify and resolve technical discrepancies, drawing conflicts, and construction-related issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with Technical Drafters to prepare, review, and revise shop drawings, technical sketches, and other construction drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with Subcontractors to ensure timely submission of technical documents, shop drawings, and other required materials for review and approval.
- Assist the Technical Executive Engineer in carrying out assigned project-related tasks, technical coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Liaise with the Site Team to collect, verify, and consolidate as-built data and site information to ensure accurate records of completed construction works.
- Ensure all technical documents and drawings are properly updated, maintained, and aligned with project specifications, approved designs, and construction requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with proactive attitude.
- Open-minded and motivated to learn.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous working experience in construction industry will be an advantage.
