Role Overview:
The Product Growth Manager will drive scalable growth for key products by identifying high-impact opportunities, translating market and user insights into product strategy, and partnering across functions to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role blends technical product management, experimentation, and go-to-market thinking to improve user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
What will you do at Fynd?
- Define and execute product growth strategies aligned to business goals and product vision.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business teams to launch and optimize growth initiatives.
- Own experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, hypothesis definition, prioritization, and result analysis.
- Translate user insights and data into product requirements, feature enhancements, and roadmap recommendations.
- Monitor key growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure scalable implementation of growth features and product improvements.
- Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership through clear reporting and presentations.
Some specific requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, product growth, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of product metrics such as acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations
- Proficiency in using data to identify opportunities, define experiments, and measure business impact
Good to have
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
- Experience in a technology company or high-growth digital product environment
- Exposure to SQL, analytics tools, or product analytics platforms
- Experience with growth experimentation frameworks and lifecycle optimization
- Prior work on user acquisition or monetization initiatives
