Project Manager (Automotive)

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a genuine passion for the automotive world. Cars, motorbikes, powersports, everything on wheels gets you excited. In this role you will join our automotive vertical, managing complex projects end to end for some of the most respected brands in the industry.

You will be working on a truly global stage, helping to create some of the highest quality product assets in the market. You are eager to work with industry leaders, confident managing demanding stakeholders and motivated by the idea that the work you lead sets the visual benchmark for the automotive industry.

About us

At INDG, we develop technology that powers engaging, hyper realistic digital product experiences. Our mission is to make every product playable by combining the science of technology with the artistry of computer generated content. From our offices in Amsterdam, Bucharest and New York, we team up with global market leading brands.

We create high fidelity digital twins of our clients’ products and support these brands at scale, taking care of their full product portfolios year in, year out. Our teams work as long term partners, delivering consistent, high quality content pipelines that keep thousands of products up to date across markets and channels.

As a Project Manager, you own the planning and delivery of CG projects for our global automotive and powersports clients. You work closely with producers, CG supervisors, 3D artists, compositors and pipeline teams to keep shots and assets moving smoothly through the studio. This is a hands on, detail focused role at the heart of production. You make sure projects are structured, risks are managed and decisions are clear so the team can focus on the creative work.

You are the main point of contact for your clients. You build long term relationships, understand their business and translate their needs into clear roadmaps and deliverables. You will visit our clients in EMEA and the US on a regular basis to ensure effective project management from kick off to delivery. You are confident in steering conversations, managing expectations and representing INDG with credibility at a global level. You also play a key role inside the team, coaching junior project managers, sharing best practices and helping to improve how we plan and deliver projects across the automotive vertical.

• Own tracking of hours and costs against estimates and bids

• Support producers in building and refining estimates and scopes of work

• Manage POs, timesheets and other project administration

• Keep key project documents organised, accessible and up to date
