The role designed for you
Reporting to the Group Head of Treasury & Risk and based in Milan, the Group Credit & Risk Reporting Analyst will focus on reporting and analytics activities for credit and risk management within the Paper and Self-Adhesives Business Units.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reports on credit risk exposures and other key risk metrics across the organization.
- Analyze data and produce high-quality reports. Support the risk governance framework by providing data-driven insights for risk committee meetings and decision-making forums.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards.
- The role plays a critical part in enhancing transparency, driving informed decision-making, and supporting risk mitigation efforts to strengthen the organization's overall financial health.
- Support regulatory submissions related to credit risk and capital adequacy.
- Act as a liaison between reporting teams and risk management to align objectives and priorities.
- Work closely with credit risk, finance, and business units to gather input, address queries, and deliver comprehensive reports. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all risk-related reporting.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting frameworks and tools: identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, including automation, data quality improvement, and reporting efficiency.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4/5y experience in a similar role within insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk management, reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data extraction and analysis is highly desirable.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player, able to foster relationships across functions
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
