POSITION SUMMARY

As the Senior Specialist, International Payroll & Total Rewards, you will champion the operational delivery, accuracy and compliance of mult-country payroll and employee benefits across our global footprint, including the United Kingdom, Australia, France and India.

Initially, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning our global payroll operations from ADP Celegro to Deel. Beyond core payroll, you will serve as a vital conduit for our global Total Rewards function, administering health and welfare programs, statutory and company leaves, and assisting with compensation review cycles. Operating with an employee first mindset, you will partner closely with People Operations leadership, finance and external vendors to maintain robust internal controls while delivering a seamless employee experience.

  • Review, Reconciliation & Variance Analysis: Act as the primary gatekeeper for global payroll accuracy by performing  gross-to-net reconciliations, variance analyses and output validations prior to sign-off and funding..
  • System Migration & Project Delivery: Support the transition from ADP Celergo to Deel, including discovery, data validation, parallel testing, issue tracking, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Internal Controls & SOX Compliance: Maintain audit-ready internal controls across all payroll workflows, archiving required evidentiary records, executing routine reconciliations and partnering with internal audit and external providers to fulfill SOX compliance standards.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Independently investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and exceptions, driving resolution directly with employees, Deel, and cross-functional partners while escalating material risks appropriately.

Global Benefits, Leave & Total Rewards Support
  • Benefits Administration: Participate in the design, ongoing administration, and annual renewal of global benefit plans, including enrollments, vendor feeds, life status changes, and plan funding.
  • Vendor & Broker Relations: Communicate with global health and welfare consultants, insurance carriers, and third-party plan administrators to facilitate proper benefit utilization.
  • Global Leave of Absence Management: Collaborate with global People Partner Lead to oversee country-specific statutory leaves, parental leave initiatives, and country-specific statutory leave requests.
  • Compensation Review Operations: Provide operational and analytical support during the annual compensation planning cycles, including data auditing, merit matrix validation, system testing and employee communications.
  • Employee Experience: Serve as the trusted,  responsive subject matter expert for global employee inquiries regarding payroll calculations, global benefits, leave policies, and other total rewards matters.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to optimize total rewards and payroll processes, enhancing data efficiency and the overall employee experience.
