  • Maintain accurate RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, meeting notes, status dashboards, and executive-level reporting materials.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, blockers, scope impacts, and cross-workstream dependencies, escalating critical items with clear recommendations and mitigation options.
  • Support sprint or milestone tracking, testing coordination, release readiness, cutover planning, implementation activities, and post-go-live follow-up.
  • Ensure deliverables are clearly defined, assigned, tracked, reviewed, and accepted in line with agreed project governance and quality standards.
  • Promote disciplined delivery execution, transparent communication, and consistent follow-through across all workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage business users, technical teams, vendors, external system owners, and senior leaders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong facilitation, problem-solving, and follow-through capabilities.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical technology, regulated industries, or regional enterprise environments is preferred.
