Our Opportunity
We have multiple full-time opportunities at our Bairnsdale centre for Dental Assistants. Experienced candidates are warmly welcomed, and we're also open to a trainee or someone with limited dental experience who is keen to grow their dental career.
Our modern 3-chair dental practice delivers general dentistry, dentures, orthodontics and implants, and you'll be joining a supportive team who take real pride in delivering excellent patient care.
- Availability across Monday to Friday essential, with 4 weekdays rostered per week
- Weekend work on a rotational basis is required - higher hourly rates apply!
- Centrally located opposite the primary school, with free onsite parking, street parking and public transport close by
- Supportive Centre Leader and growing patient base

Your Skills and Attributes
Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:
- Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and/or reception is preferred, though we welcome trainees and those with limited dental experience who are keen to learn
- Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
- A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
- Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
