Job Title: Tool Room Coordinator
Department: Tool Room Coordinator
Reports To (Title): Tool Room Lead
Position Summary: The Tool Room Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the tool room to ensure tooling, dies, fixtures, equipment, and related supplies are properly organized, maintained, tracked, and readily available to support production requirements.

- Tooling Inventory Control- Maintain accurate inventory, identification, location, and status of tools, dies, fixtures, and tooling components.
- Tool Tracking - Coordinate the issuing, receiving, and tracking of tooling to ensure the correct spares and consumables are available for production when needed.
- Tooling Maintenance & Repair Coordination- work closely with tool room personnel to coordinate outside services to minimize production downtime.
- Production & Tool Room Support- work closely with Production, Tool Room and Engineering.
- Organization Safety & Documentation- maintain an organized and safe tool room while ensuring tooling records, inspection documentation, work orders, and related paperwork are accurate and current.
- Inventory of SPI (Spare Parts Inventory)
- Keeping track of key tool room consumable items
