We are currently inviting applications for an FLT Driver to join our well-established and dynamic team within one of Europe’s most respected meat processing businesses.   This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive environment where your contribution will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods from our facility

Responsibilities

 

The key responsibilities: -

 

• Transport deliveries from the transport vehicle to the correct area of the factory in a safe and controlled manner
• Assist with the removal of waste product and dispose into the correct categories
• Deliver empty pallets and stacks of trays to allow production to flow
• Communicate effectively with shift supervisor to maintain the constant flow of product through the factory
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across site and monitor this
• Report any defects in equipment immediately to your Line Manager

Qualifications

 

The successful candidate will need: -

 

• Full Counterbalance Licence
• Display a positive and proactive attitude
• Demonstrate ability to work on your own initiative
• Strong communication
• Literacy and Numeracy skills
• A keen attitude to work
