Description
Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.
As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.
We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.
If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.
Let’s build what’s next, together.
What this role is all about
As an RCS Product Success Manager (PSM), you take on a commercially driven, go-to-market role focused on creating opportunities, driving market initiatives, and accelerating RCS adoption across regions. Rather than waiting for opportunities to come to you, you proactively open doors, build business momentum, and remove blockers along the way. You act as the bridge between Product, Sales, Partners, and Customers, and your success is measured by business outcomes, not activity alone.
What you'll do
- Proactively identify new opportunities, target accounts, and whitespace, driving pipeline creation together with regional sales teams
- Lead strategic GTM initiatives end-to-end, building action plans, customer lists, and success metrics
- Drive accountability and follow-up across stakeholders, monitoring progress and intervening when initiatives stall
- Participate in strategic opportunities and customer engagements, supporting objection handling and competitive positioning
- Escalate blockers and coordinate internal support to move opportunities through the sales cycle
- Maintain strong relationships with regional sales teams through enablement sessions, workshops, and shared best practices
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback, prioritizing commercially relevant product requests and supporting process improvements
What makes you a strong fit
- 5+ years of experience, ideally in sales or business analytics
- Strong business sense with an understanding of how to drive sales and create opportunities
- Experience working across different organizations and understanding how different roles and departments contribute to driving an initiative from planning to execution
- Skilled at handling objections, both internally and externally
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify blockers, assess their cost, and look for solutions
- Comfortable seeking solutions and alignment across different departments, even when it's challenging
- No prior product or industry-specific experience required
Diversity drives connection
