As a Contract Support Lead, you’ll bring your leadership expertise to work alongside thought leaders to advance the spaceport of a future program. You’ll use your skills and expertise to accelerate schedules to meet assured access to space.

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience with USSF acquisition processes
• Experience implementing acquisition best practices
• Experience with Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs) and Commercial Service Offerings (CSOs)
• Experience working in the client environment and communicating with contractors on behalf of the government
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and AFFARS regulations
• Knowledge of enterprise issues
• Ability to clearly brief any level of leadership, provide constructive and actionable feedback, and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

 

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience with Space Systems Center (SSC) acquisition processes
• Experience with Military Construction (MILCON) processes   
• Experience with USAF or USSF and SSC budget planning and execution processes
• Experience with DoD project management, acquisition, and sustainment     
• Experience with space launch contracting office processes and procedures
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent detail-oriented and client relationship skills

 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
