Role summary:The Manager, Security Technology, leads the technical support and project management of advanced alarm programming and security system solutions. This role oversees troubleshooting escalations, develops analytics to enhance operational efficiency, and manages security projects from blueprint interpretation to contractor coordination. The position fosters strong stakeholder relationships, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. By providing leadership and development opportunities, the manager cultivates a high-performing team committed to integrity, accountability, and delivering effective security technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
About the team:
The GSSI Security Technology Special Projects team supports projects by ensuring compliance, meeting installation standards, and delivering on schedule to fulfill stakeholder expectations. The team leads the design and implementation of electronic fire alarm, intrusion alarm, security camera, and paging systems. They manage technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate resources to maintain project quality. Focused on continuous improvement and effective communication, the team collaborates with stakeholders to achieve results while upholding company policies and standards. Their work ensures secure, reliable systems that contribute to overall safety and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Manage technical support processes for advanced alarm programming and security system devices, resolving complex troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and implement analytics to enhance operational efficiencies and evaluate ongoing project effectiveness.
- Lead security technology projects by interpreting blueprints, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project plans and progress to stakeholders and team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, promoting continuous learning and performance excellence.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and safety protocols while driving improvements and innovation.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
