Internship Details

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Duration: 6 months full-time (1st July 2027 to 31st December 2027)

Eligibility: Romania-based students enrolled in a:

• Bachelor's degree program, graduating in 2027
• Master's or Ph.D. degree program, graduating in 2027 or 2028

Hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite at the office, 2 days remote work from home

Annual Pay: 130.000 RON

The Opportunity

As a Technical Support Engineer Intern, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, data, and customer success, helping troubleshoot technical issues and support integrations across APIs, databases, cloud storage, and connected platforms. In an AI-enabled environment, you’ll leverage modern tools to investigate issues, improve efficiency, and deliver effective solutions. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to diagnose problems, analyze data, and help ensure reliable system performance while developing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

What are we looking for?

• Curiosity and drive: you’re eager to learn, explore new ideas, and contribute to a global, market-leading company.
• Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor's (graduating in 2027), Master's, or Ph.D. (graduating in 2027 or 2028) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience is required. Residing in Romania.
• Passionate about AI tools and ability to integrate them to enhance efficiency.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Experience with data insertion and reporting API’s, REST.
• Experience in debugging code using Web developer tools.
• Understanding of Azure Data Lake.
• Understanding of a CDP (Customer Data Platform).
• Knowledge of Cloud Storage, CRMs, and Streaming Connections.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; can effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations.
• Team collaboration: You enjoy working with others to deliver thoughtful, end-to-end solutions.
• Big picture thinking: You can connect the dots between day-to-day tasks and broader organisational goals.
• Ability to participate in a full-time internship between July and December.

What to expect from the recruitment process?

Our selection process typically includes the following stages: a 60-minute technical interview with the team and a 45-minute soft-skills conversation with the Hiring Manager.
