Installer/Customer Service Technician

Multi-Flow Industries is looking for a full-time Soda Installer and Customer Service Technician. If you are mechanical and good with repairs and installing equipment, are a team player, and are dreaming of a long-lasting career, this may be the role for you. Our warehouse is located Carteret, NJ and you will be working throughout the Northern NJ and NY area. 

A little about us:

At Multi-Flow Industries we specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of beverages used in the Food Service Industry. We are our customers one-stop-shop for all their bars and restaurant needs. 

  What the job entails:

· Deliver and assemble new soda systems.

· Analyze and troubleshoot soda systems – including fountain dispensers, carbonators, ice-combination units and bag-in-box (BIB) syrup racks. 

· Communicate findings of problems or issues: recommend solutions.

· Train and learn the installation and servicing of soda systems and equipment.

· Provide a high level of customer service.

· Provide Route Delivery Driver support as needed.

· Performs other duties as requested.

· Maintaining an organized parts inventory in the vehicle.

Requirements

What you need to be successful:

· Technical Skills: basic plumbing, electrical wiring, appliance repair.

· Tools: Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, tubing cutters

· 1-3 years of Route Delivery Experience

· Able to lift 50 to 100 lbs.

· Clean driving record

· Ability to pass drug test

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and take initiative

· Ability to work on ladders, under counters and inside cabinets.
