Project Title:
Digital Workforce Readiness Assessment Platform

Description:
Develop a digital platform such as AI Agent to assess and monitor workforce readiness for the VoltaPeak startup, including onboarding, training completion, certification status, competency assessment, deployment readiness, and workforce gaps. The system will provide visibility of workforce preparedness and support decision-making for startup readiness.

Scope:
- Gather and document business requirements, user needs, readiness criteria and data sources with Workforce Development and relevant VoltaPeak stakeholders.
- Design the workforce-readiness assessment framework, including role-based requirements, training and certification status, competency indicators, readiness levels and gap categories.
- Develop a user-friendly digital prototype or minimum viable product to capture, update and consolidate workforce-readiness data.
- Create dashboards and reports showing readiness by role, process or training requirement, with visibility of gaps, risks, owners and required follow-up actions.
- Conduct data validation, user acceptance testing, documentation and knowledge transfer to support sustainable team ownership.

Supporting Team:

- Malaysia Workforce Development / VoltaPeak WFD Training Taskforce
- VoltaPeak project stakeholders and functional subject matter experts
- Information Technology or digital solution support, as required

Deliverables:

- Approved business requirements and workforce-readiness assessment framework
- Functional digital readiness assessment prototype or minimum viable product

- Dashboard and reporting view for training, competency, certification, headcount readiness and identified gaps
- Test results, user guide, system documentation and final project presentation

Stretch Goal:

- Enable automated data refresh, reminders or alerts for overdue training, incomplete certification and readiness gaps, subject to approved system access and data availability.

- Develop a reusable readiness-assessment model that can be adapted for future start-up, equipment or operational-change projects.

Requirement

- Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline

- Basic knowledge of application development, databases, data visualization and process analysis
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze data, solve problems and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint or equivalent tools is an advantage
